Biography
Blessed Cecilio Vega Domínguez, also known as Caecilius, was born on 8 September 1913 in Villamor de Órbigo, in the diocese of Astorga, León, Spain. He hailed from a humble but deeply religious farming family. Cecilio was the sixth child of Juan and Micaela Vega Domínguez, and grew up in a household with eight siblings.
