Biography

Blessed Cristúfol Baqués Almirall, also known as Crispi, was a Catholic priest and a member of the Diocesan Laborer Priests of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. He was born on March 20, 1885, in Olesa de Bonesvalls, Barcelona, Spain. Dedicated to his faith from a young age, Baqués Almirall pursued his vocation and was ordained as a priest. He devoted himself to serving the faithful and spreading the teachings of Christ.

During the tumultuous period of the Spanish Civil War, Baqués Almirall remained steadfast in his commitment to his beliefs despite the dangers and challenges he faced.
