Biography

Blessed Damianus, also known as Damianus Udouma, was a layman who served as a catechist in the diocese of Hiroshima, Japan during the late 16th century. Born in Sakai, Japan around the year 1560, he dedicated himself to spreading the Catholic faith amidst challenging circumstances.
