Biography

Blessed Diego Albañil Barrena, also known as Blessed Diego of Argallón, was a dedicated priest of the diocese of Córdoba, Spain. He was born on May 29, 1903, in the town of Fuenteovejuna in the province of Córdoba. From an early age, Diego showed great piety and a strong desire to serve God and his fellow human beings.
