Biography

Blessed George Halley, also known as Angelus of Saint Joseph, was a Carmelite and one of the Irish Martyrs. He was born in Ireland, and at the time of his religious profession, he took the name Angelus of Saint Joseph, indicating his strong devotion to both the angelic and the foster father of Jesus.
