Blessed Giorgio Di Suelli, also known as George Suelli, was born in the 11th century in Cagliari, Italy. He was born into a family of house slaves, facing a life of servitude from the very beginning. However, he was granted his freedom in pursuit of his vocation to the priesthood, a testament to his deep faith and commitment.

Giorgio Di Suelli's mother had struggled with infertility for many years, and it was late in her life when she received a visitation in a dream from an angel.
