Blessed Ignacio Caselles García, also known as Juan Crisóstomo of Gata de Gorgos, was a devout Franciscan Capuchin priest who was martyred during the Spanish Civil War. Born on November 18, 1874, in Gata de Gorgos, Alicante, Spain, he dedicated his life to serving God and the Catholic Church.
Ignacio Caselles García entered the religious life and joined the Capuchin Order of the Franciscans, known for their dedication to the teachings of St. Francis of Assisi. He embraced a life of poverty, humility, and self-sacrifice, following in the footsteps of his beloved patron.

Later, on October 13, 2013, Pope Francis beatified him, officially conferring the title of Blessed upon him and recognizing his exemplary virtue and martyrdom.
