Biography

Blessed José María Gran Cirera, a devoted Missionary of the Sacred Heart, dedicated his life to serving the marginalized with unwavering faith. Born in Spain, he made his religious profession with the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart on 8 September 1969. He was ordained a priest in Valladolid, Spain, on 9 June 1972, and subsequently served as parish priest in Valencia, where he cultivated a deep pastoral care for his community.
