Biography
Blessed Manuel Gómez González, also known as Manuel Gomez Gonzalez, was born on May 29, 1877, in San José de Ribarteme, Pontevedra, Spain. He was ordained as a priest in 1902 in the archdiocese of Braga, Portugal. In 1913, he was transferred to the diocese of Frederico Westphalen, Brazil, where he dedicated himself to ministering to the faithful and engaging in various social works in the region.
