Blessed Maria Crucified Satellico, also known as Elisabetta Maria Satellico and Maria Crocifissa, was born on 31 December 1706 in Venice, Italy. She was the daughter of Piero Satellico and Lucia Mander and grew up in the house of her maternal uncle, who was a priest.
