Biography
Born to the Italian nobility, Blessed Nicolú Of Noto, also known as Nicolú of Arco, Nicolú of Arcu, Nicolú of Neti, Nicola, and Nicholas, was a member of the esteemed family of the Counts of Isimbard. Although details of his early life are scarce, it is known that he eventually became a Cistercian monk at the monastery of Santa Maria dell'Arco, located in modern Noto Antica, Italy.
