Blessed Pedro Pascual García Martín: Feast Day November 30

Biography

Blessed Pedro Pascual García Martín, a Catholic priest, was born on June 6, 1892, in Monteagudo, Teruel, Spain. He was a member of the Vincentian Congregation of the Mission, a religious order established to serve the poor and evangelize the faithful. Blessed Pedro dedicated his life to spreading the message of Christ's love and mercy through his ministry.

During the tumultuous period of the Spanish Civil War, which took place from 1936 to 1939, many clergy and religious individuals faced persecution for their faith. Blessed Pedro was among those who witnessed the violent and tragic events of this time. He remained steadfast in his religious convictions and courageously continued his pastoral work, providing comfort and spiritual guidance to those in need.
