Biography

Blessed Petrus Jo Suk, also known as Jo Su-gwang, was a married layman of the Archdiocese of Seoul, Korea, born in 1787 in Yanggeun, Gyeonggi, South Korea. He lived during a time when the Catholic faith was heavily persecuted in Korea.
