Biography
Blessed Richard Simpson, born around 1554 in Well, near Ripon, North Yorkshire, England, was a devoted priest in the apostolic vicariate of England during a tumultuous period in English history. Not much is known about his early life, but he eventually answered the call to serve as a priest, dedicating himself to the Catholic faith and the ministry of the Church.
