Biography

Blessed Severin Ott, also known as Severinus, Mariophylus Severinus, and Mariae servus Singularis, was a Norbertine canon of the monastery in Roggenburg, Swabia, Bavaria, which is located in modern-day Germany. He was born in 1627 and dedicated his life to deepening his prayer life and fostering a strong devotion to the Virgin Mary.
