Biography

Blessed Stephen of Rossano Calabro, also known as Stephen of Rossano, was born around the year 925 in the town of Rossano Calabro, Italy. He was raised in a humble peasant family, but from an early age, Stephen felt a strong desire for the religious life and dedicated himself to pursuing this vocation. This deep longing led him to become a monk and enter into the monastic community.
