Biography
The Martyrs of Arian North Africa were a group of 4,996 individuals who bravely stood firm in their faith during the persecutions carried out by the Vandals in Africa. The oppressive measures were mandated by the Arian king, Huneric, in the 5th century. These devout Christians, including bishops, priests, deacons, and thousands of the lay faithful, laid down their lives rather than renounce their belief in the Catholic faith.
