Biography

The rhythmic beating of a timpani once commanded the attention of an entire kingdom, signaling the presence of the monarch and regulating the tempo of courtly life. For one musician, however, that drumbeat would eventually mark a far more significant rhythm: the pulse of a faith that demanded total sacrifice. As the chief timpani player for King Mwanga, this courtier occupied a position of unique proximity to power, serving not only as an entertainer but as a trusted relative within the royal circle. It was from this vantage point that a spiritual transformation took root, shifting the focus from the temporal glory of the court to the eternal promises of the Gospel.
