Saint Augustin Schoeffler

Augustin Schoeffler was born on November 22, 1822, and died on May 1, 1851. He was a priest from Lorraine who joined the Paris Foreign Missions Society and served as a missionary in Indochina. Schoeffler is one of two French missionaries killed between 1847 and 1851 during his service in northern Vietnam.
