Biography

Saint Cunigunde of Rapperswil was a companion of Saint Ursula, the legendary British princess who, according to tradition, led a group of virgins on a pilgrimage to Rome. On their return journey, Cunigunde and her companions were martyred by the Huns near Cologne, Germany. She is venerated as a virgin and martyr of the early Church.
