Saint Eurgain

Saint Eurgain, also known as Eurgain of Llanwit, was a sixth-century Welsh princess and a significant figure in the early Christian history of Wales. Born in the Kingdom of Glamorgan, Wales, she was the daughter of chieftain Caradog of Glamorgan. Little is known about Saint Eurgain's early life, but her devotion to the Christian faith led her to found the convent of Cor-Eurgain in Wales....
