Biography

Saint Judas Cyriacus, also known as Cyriacus of Ancona, Judas Quiriacus, Quiriace, Quiriacus, and Ciriaco di Gerusalemme, was a bishop of Ancona, Italy, and is possibly the first bishop of the city. He is celebrated as a martyr who was executed during the persecutions of Julian the Apostate, possibly while on a pilgrimage to the Holy Lands....
