Saint Louis of Toulouse, also known as Louis of Anjou or Louis of Angio, was born on February 9, 1274, in Nocera, Italy. He was born into nobility, the son of Charles II of Anjou, who was the king of Naples. Notably, he was the great-nephew of two prominent saints, Saint Louis IX and Saint Elizabeth of Hungary.
