Saint Sosius of Misenum, a deacon of the Church of Misenum in Italy, stands as a witness to the unyielding faith of the early Christian community. Though the precise date and place of his birth remain unknown, his life was dedicated to the service of the Church in the vibrant coastal city of Misenum during the tumultuous reign of Emperor Diocletian. When the empire launched its brutal persecution against Christians, Saint Sosius remained steadfast in his commitment to the Gospel.
