Saint Tilbert of Hexham, also known as Gilbert of Hexham, was a prominent figure in the Catholic Church during the early medieval period. He served as the Bishop of Hexham, England from 781 to 789. Although not much is known about his early life, his unwavering devotion to the faith and dedication to his episcopal duties left a lasting impact on the Church. Saint Tilbert's time as Bishop of Hexham was marked by his efforts to evangelize the local population and promote Christian teachings.
