Blessed Benignus of Breslau, also known as Bl. Benignus of Breslau, was a thirteenth-century Cistercian monk who lived in Breslau, Silesia, which is now part of Poland. Though specific details about his life are scarce, his story is intertwined with the courage and dedication displayed by him and his brother monks in the face of adversity, ultimately leading to their martyrdom.
