Biography

Blessed Cecilio Manrique Arnáiz, also known as Brother Cirilo Pedro, was a prominent figure in the Brothers of the Christian Schools, a religious congregation founded by St. John Baptist de La Salle. Born on 1 February 1909 in Monasterio de Rodillo, Burgos, Spain, he dedicated his life to the service of God and the education of young people.
