Blessed Nicolás De Mier Francisco, born on December 4, 1903, in Redondo, Palencia, Spain, was an Augustinian priest who would eventually become recognized as a martyr of the Spanish Civil War. He was devout in his faith from an early age and dedicated himself to serving God.
