Saint Felix of Autun, also known as Saint Felix of Autun, was a rich second-century merchant hailing from the town of Autun in France. Born into a life of privilege and wealth, little is known about his early years. However, it was during his adult life that Felix's remarkable conversion to Christianity occurred, marking a turning point in his life's trajectory. Despite his comfortable existence, Felix felt a spiritual void within himself that could not be filled by material possessions alone. He yearned for a deeper purpose and meaning in life. It was through his encounters with early Christian missionaries, who preached the teachings of Jesus Christ, that Felix found enlightenment and embraced the Christian faith. Inspired by their message of love, compassion, and selflessness, Felix became fervently devoted to his newfound faith.
Following his conversion, Felix dedicated himself to supporting and assisting the missionaries in his region.
