Despite the limited information available, his impact on the local community and dedication to spreading the teachings of the Catholic Church were widely recognized.
Born in an era of great social and political change, Saint Theodore dedicated his life to spreading the message of Christianity in Verona. In 1534, his relics were once again relocated, this time under the Madonna del Popola altar in the cathedral of the Assumption of Mary in Verona.

While the exact date of his canonization is unknown due to the absence of precise historical records, it is believed to have taken place prior to the establishment of the formal Congregation for the Causes of Saints.
